Honestly 90% of life’s problems have been solved there. You should obviously still go to therapy and face your own challenges but it’s definitely a good place to start ❣️

As imperfect humans I believe we always have something to learn from or an area of improvement. I think a lot about growth and being self aware and challenging myself. Which then leads me to think about others and whether or not they challenge themselves. I have been going to therapy for about 3 months now which has taken challenging myself to a whole new level because now I’m not the only one challenging myself, Tim is too. A side from the fact that my boyfriend is also really good at keeping me accountable and seeing things from a different perspective that I probably wouldn’t be able to see on my own. I guess my recommendation is to seek challenges? or just go to therapy. I challenge within itself.

The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown. Its short and active and effective agree with the others for Meditation i do a support group that I find tremendously helpful A big switch came for me when I started changing my thinking from "once i do enough X work or X activities or X skills, then surely i will feel better about myself" towards just trying to be aight with myself right now, accepting that im Good Enough right now. ive been working on all this for years now, and its gotten considerably better! wishing u well! if u ever want to share more feel free to reach out

Not specifically talks but I think these informed my artistic perspective heavily: - Anne-Marie Schneider‘s full body of work. - Pierre Soulages Exhibit at Fabre Museum. - Germaine Richier‘s sculptures from 1959 - The Works of Alexandre Cabanel - Montpellier‘s Individual Benches (so cute!) - The Writings of Gaston Bachelard - Taoism in general Happy to share more but these are the ones off the top of my head ❣️
