Living at altitude, and especially as it gets colder, it takes some effort to avoid turning into a dried husk. So, every night Iโm applying artificial tears, irrigating my nose with saline spray, slugging on top of a thin layer of emu oil, and finishing off with a thick lip balm. By morning, everything has absorbed and my skin is looking/feeling bouncy vs desiccated.
