danielson family's shows used to be drastically different (they haven't played in ages) and had this sense of musical exploration + childlike earnestness + new costumes + super heartfelt playing that was catnip for me. probably seen them maybe eight times?
Boredoms, same--every show a different flavor of controlled chaos and new sounds/patterns for the ears and brain. maybe saw them four or five times.
