Never ending arugula

has anyone else noticed how long it takes to finish a bag of arugula? And it goes bad so quickly. You just cannot win with arugula.

Arugula is the worst fucking leafy green

who tf says “yeah give me the green that needs to be dowsed in dressing or else it’ll choke me at 12pm.” Blanched kale or baby gems easily
