Truly it is so hard to find cake these days that is both light AND moist. It’s so light. Not at all cloyingly sweet. Just really nice.

I made a coconut cake with pineapple filling and cream cheese frosting! I toasted coconut and added that around the outside. Very sweet but tasted good. There are a few adjustments I’d make next time.
I’m a baker and mostly a cake maker so it’s hard to choose but I love this cake so much it’s so light and fluffy and refreshing and my fav is that it’s not too sweet. Other favs are roll cakes(especially ube and coconut), lord baltimores, basque cheesecake, and Victoria sponge.
