Walk. Jog. Run. Whatever works for you. It’s been a great physical goal (but also mental) to work towards the marathon. I’m constantly sore but I find myself more aware of my body’s needs and it feels like I think more clearly and it’s been a blast. Plus running in new parks in great. Idk. Be more active!
Been getting reaaaaal fussy lately about the state of things and realized I haven’t gone outside or exercised in a minute. Hit a lil 5k and I’m feeling a modicum of peace maybe… Also you know I strava-d it!
