Sometimes I just need a break from the hustle and bustle of life and to sit on the grass or bench in a quiet park. Listening to the leaves rustling in the breeze and the birds tweeting brings about a sense of calming throughout my body that feels so recharging for my soul.
I’ve been embracing the fact that there‘s a difference between resting our bodies and resting our brains. I live in a city, so I’m always constantly around sounds and movements. I found that being in nature, around trees, clean air, in solitude allows me to really rest my brain fr fr. If able to, go on a trip somewhere far or even visit the nearest greeneries to ✨recharge✨
I want to regularly exchange hand-written letters with someone in a distant country and confide in them as we share our day-to-day struggles, passions, dreams etc. and learn about each others' cultures
And not just honeybees-- there are 20,000 known species of bee, from solitary bees that spend most of their lives alone to complex hive-dwelling societies Also, they come in every color. Extremely cool and helpful guys.
