I love curating my favorite pins , things I have on my wishlist ,old cool runway shows , a vibe I want to emulate , products I want to buy I just love it so so much and itβs my favorite app pinterest + Substack lately I tried a digital detox for ten days it was hard I missed scrolling on tiktok but I found myself reading more books articles I saved itβs so much fun I also made new podcast episodes I need to do it more often and lately my favorite thing to do is to save and create cool boards for winter fashion so obsessed, why you like Pinterest ?

Get up and say, "I'm just gonna do this for 10 minutes." And mean it.
Ususally if you plan an hour or more it's impossible, but what's a few minutes? Before you know it you're in the groove and don't need to stop. But you could, if you wanted/needed to. That mindset shift makes all the difference.
