for some reason, instagram is incredible at making me feel carsick. it has been giving me eye-strain after 5 minutes of use. it has been making me feel physically ill. what the fuck is this and is anyone else experiencing this?

Found this sick new website where I can post photos and look at my friends photos and it definitely won’t lead to a sharp increase in depression and anxiety for a large population of people. give it a try, search “instagram” in the App Store

the whole instagram formula is so terrible and evil and the only reels i get now are either people promoting their of accounts, weird ‘cringe posting’, or political stuff that makes me depressed. honestly i need to delete instagram, but it’s one of the only ways people communicate with me so i have to keep it solely for that. thank the lord that most of my chats have moved to whatsapp though because reels give me brain damage
