It pains me to say it but I was into Ska Punk, I blame it on the Tony Hawkās Pro Skater soundtracks. I make this all the time, except i never have scallions around or feel like chopping onions so I leave that out. I do always have Korean pantry staples & half an English cucumber lying around though and itās a fun, easy, and versatile side dish/bowl component. love Korean food love maangchi
