William Reed wrote, “The sky contains it all. It is the canvas on which the entire universe is written.”
I look to the sky in times of adversity. The stars often remind me just how vast the universe is, and suddenly my afflictions become manageable. I am reminded of how beautiful the world is when I see the birds fly in formation overhead; when I see the sun set and the sun rise; when I look on at the moon and feel connected to everyone from all of time who have done just the same.
