i love doing this just no combining short and long pasta this is reserved for shorter pasta shapes only… and you put them in in the order of needing most to least time
Fricelli! Capricci! Ditalini! Delight in the dozens (hundreds?) of ways humans have rolled out and reshaped dough. Is there a poster of pastas you can color in every time you try a new shape? Should be.
absolutely agree that the most versatile pasta shape is rigatoni. mezze maniche are shorter and wider but essentially give you the same vibe. i prefer them overall.
instead of doing it under the influence we should start saying it casually on the daily on a random weekday afternoon… this is the way please believe me!
