i’ve found that setting all of ur alarms to custom songs really helped me get over the intense state of fear i was thrown into every time my alarm went off. i have mine set to poison tree by grouper and think that it’s a very nice way to start my day. there’s a ton of tutorials on how to do this on tiktok. one note; i wouldn’t recommend setting your alarm to a song you like or even listen to on the regular, you’ll end up hating it
After years of heavy sleeping, Ive now resorted to making my alarms all of my favorite songs, with some awful car alarms mixed in there. it's a nauseating concoction, I know, and so far, to my knowledge, it doesn't work. But ignorance is bliss.
its literally just having fun, while you do all the things you’ve been setting aside for the last month and then you can treat yourself to a nice non alcoholic drink and a movie!! (today was coconut water and mai mai miracle)
