Ok hear me out... had this at Good Thanks in NYC and realized it'd be so easy to re-create... scramble some eggs in your preferred style and once you turn off the heat, add spicy kimchi (YMMV) and swirl it around and then finish with a dollop of labne and a piece of sourdough bread. Delish and your gut will thank you 🫶
