Last year my friend Molly served me a small bowl of lupini beans while we were cooking dinner and ever since then I've been absolutely hooked. Whenever I get peckish or just want to nibble on something, I have a small ramekin of the beans with a little bit of salt and pepper. They've got a little crunch and can be refreshing even when served from the fridge.
I honor Molly every time I have guests over and I serve them a tiny bowl of lupini beans.
