ketchup is a garbage condiment
not savory enough to beat a good tomato sauce
not tart/tangy enough to beat a good mustard
not creamy enough to beat a good mayo or thousand island
not spicy enough to beat a good hot sauce
not smoky enough to beat a good BBQ sauce
iβve had people over at my place who are bewildered when I donβt have any in my fridge
