Perplexiting now, instead of googling

For answers to (sometimes quite complex) questions I have, I found myself ditching Google more and more the last half year or so. Perplexity is now King of Search in my house. It saves so much time, the answers are well written and you can always check the sources.

You ever see some fucked up looking weed or whatever and wanted to know what it is? The seek app is freakishly good at telling you what it is, plus a bunch of other useless but delightful info

Rawdogging everything

The trend right now is to find new things that guys are rawdogging. But fam, just rawdog everything. No headphones, no scrolling, no constant inundation with media. Just exist. And then consume media intentionally during dedicated times where you can truly focus on it. kinda retro if you think about it

Akira - Katsuhiro Otomo

A 1988 anime masterpiece set in cyberpunk Neo-Tokyo. The film follows a group of biker-gang teens as they try to rescue their friend who has been captured by the Japanese government for experimental science. The end of the movie transcends all reason and is better felt than comprehended.
