I find when I'm feeling off, swimming is the thing that makes me feel back in my body. If it's possible, I would find a pool or a lake or a bathhouse and spend the afternoon in water. Also, being adventurous is hot, you're already doing it

1) makes you do stuff like spend time on the ground & go outside* 2) making silly noises for baby relaxes your vagus nerve* 3) you get a new brain shape** and it might be less mentally ill *to be fair most of this applies to a pet as well **fact check me but I think this applies to any very-involved caretaker, not just birth parent 4) cute !!!
