1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level)
top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon π₯
I make this all the time for me and my toddler. Itβs filling and healthy. Baby and parent approved.
Forager unsweetened yogurt (or other plant based yogurt)
1 half ripe avocado
Frozen bananas and blueberries
3 or 4 handfuls of washed spinach
1 or 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter (or other nut butter)
Plant milk (we like Ripple Kids)
Water
Sprinkle of cinnamon
