approximately twice a year i think you need to call in sick and get a little reckless for a few days. get out of your comfort zone, make some questionable decisions, and then spend your Sunday completely rethinking your selfhood and priorities as you attempt to set your life back in order before Monday dawns

Not necessarily a rec, more a vent about a conundrum i come to every weekend that i decide to stay in; i could do something that i could only do on a weekend because then itโs 5 days of prison following, or i could not do anything for 2 and a half days, and delve into my lil hobbies
thinking of her, always and forever. particular favorites from her oeuvre are the 'silueta' series (selection depicted below), rupestrian sculptures, and body tracks (1982). taken from this world violently and far, far too soon.
i think i'm a little late on this one because it came out near the end of last year, but got a few friends together to see this at a local indie theater. none of us had any idea what we were getting into, and i think that really worked, so i'm not going to share too much beyond saying that it was zany, funny, and shot beautifully.
