get as many hours on my screen time on Sunday morning. Everyone keeps talking about less screen time but when you try to talk to them about things you saw they’re so lost. Look at your phone more than you do! It will help your mental health in the very long run
I’ve been limiting myself to 8 hours a day, which seems like a lot but when you consider I sit in front of a computer all day at work, it actually means I only have about an hour at home. Since imposing this rule, I’ve found myself more relaxed, more open to whims, and reading a lot more.
