BOUNDARIES !

turns out boundaries can be kinda epic and awful at the same time but I will recommend them because I can sleep at night knowing I stood up for myself and what I believe to be my truth , even though I wanted to Bend to someone else’s will so bad in order to not lose access to them. therapy saved myyyy life speaking as an ex absolutely no boundary bitch

Listening to your body

Trying to do this more in 2025. But actually listening to if i want to or can physically do what is being asked of me. it’s really hard i won’t lie, especially if you’ve not been allowed to put your needs first but im standing on me this year so going to keep at it.

Making decisions from the persepctive of myself at 85

My goal is to be the happiest old man I can be, and thinking this way also makes me take better care of my body. If I have to make a tough decision, I ask myself what will be a cooler story to tell grandkids, and that seems to steer me in the right direction.
