i just started doing mat pilates, and i understand the hype. i feel incredibly energized and bendy. there‘s truly an extra pep in my step because my core is strengthening. it’s good for my brain.
finally going saturday morning. i’ve been saying this for months and am just now getting started, but hey, at least i booked the damn thing for once actually super excited
yesterday was like a domino effect of one thing after another and i cried. like a lot. but i felt really good afterwards, and realized i haven’t cried in quite awhile. maybe it’s a good way to detox lol
