I had proper-ish (Iβm in LA not Detroit so idk if I am allowed to call it proper) Detroit style pizza for the first time last night. It was really good. Not my fav pizza ever but better than a lot of other styles imo. The dough wasnβt as dense as I thought it would be and parts of it was caramelized.
