I had proper-ish (I’m in LA not Detroit so idk if I am allowed to call it proper) Detroit style pizza for the first time last night. It was really good. Not my fav pizza ever but better than a lot of other styles imo. The dough wasn’t as dense as I thought it would be and parts of it was caramelized.
my dad used to buy them for us and my flat mate got them a few weeks ago and I forgot how good they were! The 4 cheese deep dish is the best (as I write this, I have just finished the last one and it was goooooodddd)
