I relish this time I have on campus with university students! Advocating for its diversity and inclusion; surrounding myself with compassion and respect for the community around me. It’s such a strange liminal space- being at university- getting stuck in is so exciting!
The most fun I’ve ever had is getting to intellectualize and argue about books, movies, and paintings with the children of wealthy manhattanites as if it was a matter of life and death
We made walking everywhere normal but like sometimes it just makes more sense to run (downhill is sometimes). Start by going in your walk but noticing the downhills and just running till the downhill ends. Then add in the flats, and finally the uphills. It’s like a calm version of a fartlek (great term to google!)
