beyond being a lifelong fandom for me, this 1975 movie and its shadow cast stagings every Halloween and Pride comprise a freaky, queer cultural touchstone that has been and will be passed down from generation to generation. and you get to yell at the screen and dress up!!
I saw a production at Rubulad, followed them, then auditioned and now i’m part of that company and have made so many friends.
