Everybody’s always talking about quiet luxury when it comes to fashion, but rarely when it comes to food. Thai diner is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC! Where else can you get a lobster omelette in true most creamy, rich, decadent sauce at lunchtime for $30? That’s quite, quiet luxury.
The best meal in New York under ten dollars, or at any other price point, is the silken tofu topped with diced century egg at this hole-in-the-wall Chinese spot in Elmhurst, Queens. Get the “oil spill noodles” too.
ok this restaurant is pricey pricey so i just ordered desert. LIFE CHANGING mango sticky right oh my god i still haven’t recovered….. still thinking about her…. so freaking ripe and sweet and magical….. also really yummy thai tea. the restaurant is in a really pretty inn, the atmosphere is so cozy and all the place settings are really pretty. the chef asked to take a picture with us, not so sure why. fit check included
I feel like everyone should do their yearly rebrand. Not in a corny way “new year, new me” way. I look at life through the lens of a popstar. Popstars I grew up listening to had different looks for different eras. That’s what I base my version of rebranding on. Life is performance. Performance is art. Art is self. LOL
This is my Red Scare - but better and black. I love this duo so much. They bring such a refreshing and humorous take on current events and pop culture. They’ll give you eyebrow raises, laughing fits, can’t-believe-they-said-that moments and more. 10/10.
