It might seem like a very dad thing to do, but the older I get the more Iām into comfort over style. Hiking boots are so comfortable, especially when you travel a lot. My favorites are the Terrex Adidas.

Havenāt hit yāall with a clothing rec in a bit ā 2025 is the year of stolen valor for hiking. Not like actual technical hiking boots, I mean the ones that look nice + will be worn with jeans. i'm sure people have their preferences but the key is to get on a trail and off the street. I've been hiking in Merrell Moab 3 Mid hiking boots.

hiking boots are #cancelled, what you want for hiking is a lightweight pair of trail runners that are comfortable and let your feet breathe, i used to get lots of blisters from hiking boots and since switching to trail runners i have never looked back
my faves are the altra lone peaks because they have a wide toe box and are zero drop, but there are lots of other solid options :)
for other clothing, big fan of sun hoodies, running shorts, and merino wool socks!
also itās a good idea to hike with a first aid kit (can literally just be a zip lock with some bandages, triple antibiotic, and ibuprofen) and a headlamp in case it gets dark (phone flashlight works too in a pinch), and obvi donāt forget plenty of water and snacks! i like to keep easy access things in a fanny pack :D
but most importantly you donāt need fancy gear or clothing to go hiking, just use what you have and get outside, itās a beautiful world out there! <3

This is one of my favorite albums of all time! I listen to it at least twice a week. I recommend anyone who wants to feel like an action hero (or villain) for the next couple hours to listen to it. I miss albums like these that feel like blockbuster soundtracks. The brutal rave production, the in-your-face vocals, the mix of underground grit with a high-gloss pop finish on topā¦ bring back cinematic rave music!

I feel like everyone should do their yearly rebrand. Not in a corny way ānew year, new meā way. I look at life through the lens of a popstar. Popstars I grew up listening to had different looks for different eras. Thatās what I base my version of rebranding on. Life is performance. Performance is art. Art is self. LOL
