as ive gotten older ive felt less and less flexible so ive been stretching in the mornings and itโs been amazing. i think everyone should. we only get one body, take care of it!
nothing makes me feel older than tight hip flexors, creaky knees, and an achy lower back. I usually do a flow of "threading the kneedle," cat cows, downward dogs, hip switches, and end with child's pose
