Not a revolutionary rec but more of a reminder to self (and a mini rant on here) …. pushing yourself to do things you don’t want to do but is ultimately beneficial for your future self is always a great way to show up for yourself!
I REALLY did not want to workout today, but feel AMAZING after making myself do it anyway. If you learn to do that, you take control rather then waiting on motivation. So in case you needed to hear it today, just go and do the thing. You got this

pro tip, dreams don’t always make sense - so when weird/bad stuff happens, you can shrug it off and be like wow what a weird dream bro 🤷
