Someone told me they did this recently so i started to give it a try. It feels a little twee bc you actually have to physically write it down, but I’m starting to understand how writing it down on paper puts things in perspective.

when people used to say “you should journal!” i would be like yeah, yeah whatever. it’s funny looking back on it, because now whenever i get a single thought in my head, i have to write it down. it can be difficult for me to identify my emotions, but seeing bits of my thoughts, written and scattered about, allows me to solve the puzzle piece that is my complex (& crazy) mind. 🪐

Started a journal for the first time in my life recently. Actually game changing, I see now why it’s one of the most common self help practices… like what do you mean I’ll remember to do stuff if I simply take physical note of it? HAHAHA.
