everyone is literally so nice i thought i was constantly getting hit on when i got here.
lots of improv (shoutout coalition theater!) and a small-mid size stand up scene so i hear
the weather is literally so nice it's stupid. Virginians have been gatekeeping this information from us! Plus you're close ish to the beach and to the mountains
and BONUS in the event of a nuclear war we are so close to DC we would probs just die instantly!

40-60 year old people get laid off daily after 15+ years in an industry and have to restart. You’re too young to even know life’s all about restarting and it’s all relative.
