I've been doing a flexibility routine to try and loosen up. And I have to say it feels good even in these early stages.

I've been integrating stretching into my daily routine for a while... It's the first thing I do when I wake up, the last thing I do before going to sleep, and I usually stretch once or twice throughout the day because of how stiff I become bending over at my desk shrimp-style working from home. I've always gone in and out of workout routines. Spurred on by an unpleasant conversation with a doctor, I've been back on my boxing bullshit. Except this time around, I've been focusing on feeling and "exploration of my strength" more than the calories burned or how heavy the dumbbell was. And now, for the first time in my life, I can reliably touch my toes. I am 31 years old, and I can only just now do it without grimacing. STRETCH, people. It feels so good.

Yes it’s annoying to start building this habit but I SWEAR it’s life changing!! My back hurts way less + I can move freely like Im actually my age and not 98
