been doing these for a while, it's a very solid full body dynamic stretch (hip mobility, ankles, shoulders etc.) - just take your time with it because they can be a lil tricky to understand the movement at first
also if you can't do the full lunge at first because you lack ankle and hip mobility OR want to focus more on the upper body portion, start in a crawling position
nothing makes me feel older than tight hip flexors, creaky knees, and an achy lower back. I usually do a flow of "threading the kneedle," cat cows, downward dogs, hip switches, and end with child's pose
I've been trying to build up my chronically ill body to do more movement so I've been doing this 10 minute stretch every day for the past month. My body feels so good afterwards and I've started craving it in my achey bones.
