My friend always takes these pictures after we go on runs together. Not all of them are great but they definitely boost morale

I can't tell you how much this has changed how I see running. I go now not thinking of it as exercise but to socialise. Try running in places you don't know so you get to see new bits of where you live. I think most people think running is harder than it is and most people can run a far way without trying before. Have confidence in yourself and enjoy all the other aspects of it along the way - like meeting people and eating aha
