for the last month i have been waking up a little earlier to read and drink my coffee, and it has made my day just a little easier. no longer is the battle to get out of bed making me late, i also read faster, up to a book a week. find moments in your life where u can just sit and do something u enjoy before u have to do anything else.

It can be so difficult to do this and sometimes you really have to force yourself but getting direct light exposure for just 10 min in the morning right when you wake up is crazy good for your mood !! This was recommended to me by my doctor and I swear by it

getting like 10-15 min direct sunlight in your eyes before like 10am...consistently...really helps me regulate when i get in the habit of staying up too late for no reason.

even if shit continues to hit the fan, pretty much everyone ends up exactly where they’re supposed to be. you will find a place to live, a job, a lover, friends, etc. just keep going and it will be ok.
