π―i light some wild berry incense at least 2-3 times a day some of my favorite scents are clarity, patchouli, china rain, frankincense, isis, & dragons blood. i love to light it when i come in from smoking, after cooking/cleaning, during a shower, before bed, or just for fun. itβs a sweet treat for my nose i love to buy them in 10 packs & pick out my favorite scents in the store. theyβre rlly affordable and make every room smell so lovely they give me the urge to settle in for a nice tea as well

π½i love to set the mood in my apartment with a good scent. these are my two favorites based on longevity of smell and sexiness.

πLighting an incense in my home suddenly makes me feel x10 better. Is it just me? The smell, the look of the smoke in the air. Iβm instantly at peace, my chakras are aligned and all the sudden I have my shit together. My favorites recently are lavender & sandalwood, vanilla rose & vetiver, loban & coconut and of course palo santo.

π€It occurs to me... that the posts I most connect with are ones where people unfurl their weirdo habits, values, inner lives (i love the "crush" genre of pi posts), ways of living, likes, dislikes, life philosophical points of view etc. I do treasure proper recs with an object, i.e. a new record or book or 8 hour youtube video, but I find myself really moved when someone shares how they live a good life. appreciating!!

πI've been on a real journey lately. You see the person across the room and you know them... and you know they know you... but you know that they aren't going to come over and say hi... do it. Take the plunge. However the approach needs to happen, make contact. Don't wait until you see them at the next networking event and say "hey were you at the taco place the other day?" It's surprisingly empowering and frankly kind of an impressive social maneuver. The reward is giddy and powerful and immediate. It makes me feel like I've broken out of the matrix.
