this is so good u will need:
-a can of rinsed chickpeas
-tomato
-spinach
-sour cream
-garlic
-peanut butter
-olive oil cut the tomatoes and cook them.
when already cooked, crush them a little bit.
add garlic, chickpeas, spinach, salt, vegetable broth, 3 tbs of peanut butter and sour cream cover the pot and cook for abt 10-15 mins hereβs the original recipe but instead of nutritional yeast i add the sour cream.
This is my favorite recipe and it's super cheap as well. You need one can of coconut milk and three cans of chickpeas as well as some peanut butter. Blend about a third of it and season it with everything you'd normally use (curry paste, salt, paprika, lime juice, turmeric, etc. etc.) Whatever your heart desires. Yummy and vegan too
I love making this on a Sunday and eating off of it all week. Itβs so good on its own but you could use it with other dishes as well. Itβs great with a salad, it rules with a crusty piece of bread. Also a great way to use random things you have leftover or need to use it - throw in broccoli, nuts, other beans and cheeses, whatever your heart desires!
