this is so good u will need: -a can of rinsed chickpeas -tomato -spinach -sour cream -garlic -peanut butter -olive oil cut the tomatoes and cook them. when already cooked, crush them a little bit. add garlic, chickpeas, spinach, salt, vegetable broth, 3 tbs of peanut butter and sour cream cover the pot and cook for abt 10-15 mins here’s the original recipe but instead of nutritional yeast i add the sour cream.

I love making this on a Sunday and eating off of it all week. It’s so good on its own but you could use it with other dishes as well. It’s great with a salad, it rules with a crusty piece of bread. Also a great way to use random things you have leftover or need to use it - throw in broccoli, nuts, other beans and cheeses, whatever your heart desires!

I have this for days on end and never get tired of it. So many ways to subvert the format with spices and garnishes. It is VEGAN (I am not vegan but respect) so it's something everyone can enjoy.
