-matcha powder
-pwodered sugar
-strawberries
-coco powder or coco nibs on top
The whipped cream is super easy (or u just buy a spray bottle if u feel lazy, but self-made is satisfying and tastes so much better): Just put heavy cream, matcha powder and some powdered sugar in a bottle and whip it until she ready to be slapped on that brioche. Don't whip too much or u'll have matcha butter (honestly should we try that too???)

Riffed on my usual matcha order and tried something new last month. Turns out, strawberry matcha is delightful! I enjoyed it so much that I’ve figured out how to make it at home, complete with homemade strawberry milk and freeze dried strawberries crumpled on top. Will definitely be adding this to my at-home rotation.

its not rocket science but…i like to think i have this perfected
-good quality matcha (i like ippodo or akira)
-sift! matcha into small glass, and whisk with hot water
-pour oat or almond milk in separate glass, matcha on top
-**splash of vanilla syrup
-whisk all together, add ice, and BOOM :)

Don't. There's certain things we achieved in medicine or in food safety thanks to research and technologies. We tend to forget how horrible life looked like for MANY just 100-150 years ago, simply because things like food safety didn't exist. Just go with organic real milk from happy local cows instead. <3

A) Weirdly every human feels the needle pain kinda differently because our nerves are never placed completely the same but
B) in general do NOT start with your back - I have lots of ink on my back. All along the spine and upper back. Upper back was the only tattoo I passed out from. lol
C) Anything where u have tons of nerves (armpits, around your nipples, back, neck...) = massive pain.
D) Anything where u have thin skin and bones underneath (shinbone, ribs...) = massive pain.
