Holding on to: old habits, bad relationships, cynicism, clothes you haven’t worn in a long time, anxiety/resistance during a psychedelic trip, resistance to change, resistance to desire, shame, something you‘ve been worrying about, something that makes your shoulders tight, being a mentor, being a parent, being a hoarder, being a hater. Just trust yourself (or the other person) and know that if you let go it will be alright, probably even great. (I’ve had an amazing day)

I have really delayed so much of my healing by clinging to certain people or ideas, forgetting that life doesn’t often turn out the way that you imagine. (It can be better than you imagine if you simply let it happen!!) I have been living my life in devotion to “what-ifs” and half baked desires instead of just enjoying who I am, what I have and what’s in front of me. No more of that!!! What good can come out of forcing it? I’m trying to go with the flow and give myself permission to change and accept the change around me and be happy.

letting go of the past. letting go of unrealistic expectations. letting go of your ego. letting go of the wounds you still hold. release and create space in your heart and mind and soul to allow healing and love into ur lifeeee :)

I used to hold onto things for dear life until I realized that is self sabotage. Let things die (especially if they are failing) - you might be surprised by a rebirth or transformation.

a study issued last month found that dancing is the most effective way of treating and mitigating depression. Walking, therapy, and yoga also outpaced SSRIs. and if you're saying 'oh this was probably funded by Big Dance', there's no evidence of that and if you're saying 'that's just what a Big Dance shill would say', well honey you're right
