Itās so easy. Tomato, onion, cilantro, uncooked instant ramen smashed into bite-sized pieces, lime juice, ramen seasoning, chaat masala spice mix, and whatever else strikes your fancy.

pack ramen kinda sucks,, iāve been making this instead and it rocks sooo much harder. its also EXTREMELY easy, takes maybe 10 minutes of prep.
2 packs of ramen
1 thinly sliced scallion
2 tablespoons thai chili sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4th tsp of garlic powder
red pepper flakes
mix all the liquid ingredients and the garlic powder in a bowl, toss the unseasoned ramen in the sauce, garnish with scallions, and add red pepper flakes to taste. sooooo good. so easy. love you all!

Iāve shared the virtues of fancy salad, but there is also fancy ramen. A staple in our home.
Toss the flavor pack. I make a simplified version of the (linked) recipe; adding butter, tomato paste, and ginger are key. I also use miso or a stock concentrate as my broth base.
For toppings, go nuts! In this photo, I included baked tofu, medium-boiled egg, jalapeƱo, and kimchi. A few sprinkles of Everything Bagel seasoning are also nice and recommend.
Typically takes me 30min to make. Fast, easy, and delicious.

I donāt know who needs to hear this, but in most cases youāre gonna want to season your rice. After it cooks, put some oil/butter on that steamy starch and stir and salt it. It doesnāt even need to be a huge amount, but itās going to improve things so much. You could even put a little vinegar in there tooāgo crazy.
Everyone is gonna be like, āwow your rice tastes so goodā and you can know that itās all because of your use of FLAVORS and SCIENCE.
