It’s baller. You can even add some cheese to it, whatever you have on hand. There are no rules.

It’s so easy. Tomato, onion, cilantro, uncooked instant ramen smashed into bite-sized pieces, lime juice, ramen seasoning, chaat masala spice mix, and whatever else strikes your fancy.

I‘ve shared the virtues of fancy salad, but there is also fancy ramen. A staple in our home. Toss the flavor pack. I make a simplified version of the (linked) recipe; adding butter, tomato paste, and ginger are key. I also use miso or a stock concentrate as my broth base. For toppings, go nuts! In this photo, I included baked tofu, medium-boiled egg, jalapeño, and kimchi. A few sprinkles of Everything Bagel seasoning are also nice and recommend. Typically takes me 30min to make. Fast, easy, and delicious.

Ramen is such a cozy little dish. The steamy broth, the assortment of delicious toppings, the egg on top. Visit your local ramen shop and get a bowl. You won’t regret it. Incredible!

It’s a national treasure and they’ve raised over $4 million dollars for AIDS research and prevention. And the place is stupid fun. Great replacement for big box, Amazon, Shein or Temu type outlets if you’re near Philly.

Wonder why developers get everything they want? Realtors association of America is the #2 lobbying organization in the US. Why do pharmas get away with so much? #3 is Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America. #1 is Chamber of Commerce so business holds the biggest seat at the table. Dunno if this is considered conspiracy theory or conspiracy fact.

You grow a tall thing like corn, you grow a climbing thing like pole beans that uses the tall thing like a trellis then you grow a squash that is low with big leaves that serve as shade and protection for the other two. It’s an indigenous practice, so traditionally it’s done with corn, but I’m very curious about adapting it to quinoa or sorghum.
