I realize doing this requires you to have access to a backyard, a projector, and a big white sheet but I promise it’s worth the effort! We watched Predator (1987) last night and i forgot how good this movie is, soooo many iconic quotes; gotta be one of the best action movies of all time.

holy fuck. this movie is out of control. the lead belongs in a porno. everything explodes. bikers. leather. mafia. main guy has a monitor lizard and embodies fake cool so beautifully. every actor in this movie put their whole pussy into it aside from the main guy, and its hilarious.

These are those unplanned, worn-in trails that come into existence from consistent use over time. I like how they represent a record of the way humans and animals interact with their environment, with some being wide and well travelled while others are overgrown and don’t see that much use; each one has a story! I think they’re a cool example of the ways in which we unintentionally shape nature while it shapes us right back. So take that desire path and push back against infrastructure imposed upon you (if you want).
I also just think Desire Path is a beautiful combination of words.
