I always thought that I was an autumn person but no I love waking up at 10 am to bright sun, birds chirping and flowers blooming! life is beautiful and hope that it becomes even more beautiful after finals <3
Just write! I’m awful for being overly perfectionist with my work and I have just stopped reading through my writings. I really helps just spur on my creativity and breaks down that perfectionist block in my head. I’ve also heard that writing poems down then instantly burning them works as well for this.
Can’t believe those annoying fitness influencers were right. All it took was working out 5 times a week and I feel sane again. It could literally be just a 45 min walk or 2 hour leg day at the gym but I actually feel so much better mentally and physically.
