when im in a slump its soooo hard to get myself up to do anything, but i can usually get myself to step outside at least and it helps so much. a little vitamin d is a game changer :)

even on days where i feel like the world is against me all it takes is just one perfect ray of sunshine to hit me just right… quite nothing like an embrace of sunlight on a cool day.. followed by a deep breath.. go out into the sun!! take a supplement! this stuff is guaranteed to at least slightly fix your mood/low energy issues i just found that out. wow. it really helps just a bit longer and u can get it free of charge in the spring :) (also attached is a nice song that fits the mood!)

sometimes estate sales make me so emotional. this one hit me especially hard because my boyfriend and i collect magnets from all the places we travel to and keep them on our fridge. it made me think, one day strangers will be rummaging through our magnets and all of the things we’ve curated together once we’re gone. instant tears.
