This podcast is currently on a (permanent?) hiatus, but I loved listening to their earlier episodes, circa 2020/2021. I also enjoyed the more recent season, where they interviewed professionals in the publishing industry. But the best part of this podcast was listening to the bants. The hosts all had a great sense of humor and I loved listening to their stories/jokes. ๐Ÿ’–

Been listening since they started in peak-Covid-2020. Theyโ€™re a powerhouse duo. If you like quick witted banter between friends + bicoastal elitism + legitimately interesting guests and interviews, this is for you.

Two authors in their late 20's navigate the world around them, focusing on topical events of the time and offering advice to listeners. This podcast focuses on the highs and the lows of life in a lighthearted, thought provoking way. Am v sad it ended in 2020 after 3 years :( Still, the episodes are a great listen and should definitely check it out.

very well researched topics, funny hosts and love that they start every episode reading "mailbox moments" from the fans of the pod they do deep dives on current topics but also other stuff out of the regular social media discourse

Iโ€™m no longer 23 โ€“ and I havenโ€™t been for a few years now โ€“ but this was a genuinely formative experience for me. It changed how I saw my own place in the world and it made me feel less stagnant and less pathetic โ€“ the second part of the movie, specifically. I hope every 23-(and 24, 25, 26 โ€ฆ)-year-old finds their own Chungking Express whenever they most need it. (That probably sounds corny, but I'm 100% sincere!)

You can use it as a dip โ€” or you can eat a bowlful on its own. I love a versatile sauce.

A song that sounds as good now as it did back then. A perpetual banger.
