Two authors in their late 20's navigate the world around them, focusing on topical events of the time and offering advice to listeners. This podcast focuses on the highs and the lows of life in a lighthearted, thought provoking way. Am v sad it ended in 2020 after 3 years :( Still, the episodes are a great listen and should definitely check it out.

This podcast is currently on a (permanent?) hiatus, but I loved listening to their earlier episodes, circa 2020/2021. I also enjoyed the more recent season, where they interviewed professionals in the publishing industry. But the best part of this podcast was listening to the bants. The hosts all had a great sense of humor and I loved listening to their stories/jokes. 💖

Been listening since they started in peak-Covid-2020. They’re a powerhouse duo. If you like quick witted banter between friends + bicoastal elitism + legitimately interesting guests and interviews, this is for you.

i kinda hated these guys when i first started listening to this show but now i look forward to every episode. they are kinda assholes sometimes but in general they’re pretty funny and have made me laugh out loud in the middle of the sidewalk more than once. they get really interesting guests and also do episodes where it’s just the two of them shooting the shit about current goings-on in culture. def recommend if you live in nyc or la, and/or are terminally online (i fall into both categories)

Just write! I’m awful for being overly perfectionist with my work and I have just stopped reading through my writings. I really helps just spur on my creativity and breaks down that perfectionist block in my head. I’ve also heard that writing poems down then instantly burning them works as well for this.

Can’t believe those annoying fitness influencers were right. All it took was working out 5 times a week and I feel sane again. It could literally be just a 45 min walk or 2 hour leg day at the gym but I actually feel so much better mentally and physically.
