it’s soo good + so easy to make chop up some cabbage into small chopped up pieces as well as some cucumber, NOW mix that up well. THEN get your blender NEXT get rice vinegar, one avocado, a bit of nutritional yeast, two lemons, salt, olive oil, spinach, two cloves of garlic, one shallots, a handful of basil, a handful of chives, and some green onions NOW blend that shit together THEN pour that into the mf cabbage + cucumber mix NEXT get some blue corn tortilla chips and fuck that shit uppppp **you can store it in the fridge and save it for later.
This is one of my favorite tasty/healthy dips! I eat pounds and pounds of it with chips :) It’s lowkey a bitch to make bc it’s so much chopping but you just have to make it your chosen activity and then it’s fun! Worth it for sure, and you get so many veggies in.
Super versatile and you can add whatever the hell you want. I think this is like my 5th time recommending cucumber salad on this app
This one has cucumbers, ginger, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, msg, chili flakes, soy sauce, fish sauce, Japanese miso bbq sauce, diced onions, and corn. I topped it with avocado and had a soft boiled egg.
Literally my favourite easy meal to have
Order a salad with ingredients you know you like and maybe try to recreate that bad boy at home. No lettuce needed. One of my favorite salads is just cucumber, tomato, avocado, and a quick dressing of sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and furikake, for reference. Or add some kale and switch out the dressing for a red wine vinegar/balsamic situation. Maybe add some cheese you have sitting around. Go insane
As imperfect humans I believe we always have something to learn from or an area of improvement. I think a lot about growth and being self aware and challenging myself. Which then leads me to think about others and whether or not they challenge themselves. I have been going to therapy for about 3 months now which has taken challenging myself to a whole new level because now I’m not the only one challenging myself, Tim is too. A side from the fact that my boyfriend is also really good at keeping me accountable and seeing things from a different perspective that I probably wouldn’t be able to see on my own. I guess my recommendation is to seek challenges? or just go to therapy. I challenge within itself.
