simply because it reminds and motivates me to drink more and I don’t have to refill it as often. At home I drink it with no ice but that’s just because I don’t particularly enjoy the ice that comes out of my ice maker and ice cube trays are a pain…
I hate water with a passion so I have to trick myself into drinking it. Only way I've been able to do so is with a really pretty glass. This one is from Murano, it's very sturdy, has grips for your hands, and I love the crazy colors and patterns.
one of my worst traits as of late has been purchasing a huge bottle of water (often fiji) and drinking it throughout the day i used to fill my nalgene like a good boy but ive been doing this a lot recently. i dont know why but the water hits harder. i'm sorry
My dad teases me about how when I was a little kid, my favorite thing to do when I was on the landline phone with somebody—be it a relative or one of my best friends—was to breathlessly describe the things that were in my bedroom so that they could have a mental picture of everything I loved and chose to surround myself with, and where I sat at that moment in time. Perfectly Imperfect reminds me of that so thanks for always listening and for sharing with me too 💌
